摘要: Abstract Seed priming (controlled imbibition) is a widely used technique for improving crop establishment, because it allows reduction of the time to radicle emergence following seed imbibition and synchronization individual seeds within lots with respect germination timing. The major problem encountered in control level permitting pre-germinative processes proceed but that blocks emergence. If not, consequence drying back initial moisture content storage purposes could be total loss treated batch. This because, as long growth has not begun, may re-dried without any permanent deleterious effects upon subsequent or growth. Recently, we reported discovery molecular marker sugar beet priming, corresponding basic B-subunit protein 11S globulin. An ELISA based this been analyse how different respond treatment. results demonstrate us readily distinguish between primed untreated seeds.
