摘要: Abstract The effect of electric field on the critical current SNS contact is studied in framework Ginzburg-Landau theory. We show that can significantly enlarge contact. This especially strong when temperature sample close to superconducting transition normal layer T cn . depends film thickness: thicker weaker effect. Nevertheless, it be significant for a thick cooperative and magnetic fields also studied.
