摘要: The chain oxygen dynamics of ${\mathrm{YBa}}_{2}$${\mathrm{Cu}}_{3}$${\mathrm{O}}_{7\mathrm{\ensuremath{-}}\mathit{x}}$ have been investigated using a Monte Carlo simulation the asymmetric next-nearest-neighbor Ising model for atoms in basal plane. effect an electric field is to change plane coordination Cu ions, resulting carrier doping ${\mathrm{CuO}}_{2}$ planes. ratio magnitudes changes under potentials +10 V and -10 good agreement magnitude sign with that observed experiments, as are also time constants resistance changes.
