摘要: Two cases of cutaneous B cell lymphoma in Holstein cows aged 7 and 9 years are described. The animals, which were not infected with bovine leukemia virus, had neoplastic lesions only the skin but also abdominal cavity. cells positive for surface CD79a CD5 terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT), is a marker precursor T cells. lymphomas, considered to be mature B-1 derivation, might an adult counterpart calves, because calf similar current lymphomas tissue distribution expresses TdT as well CD5.
