Clinical, haematological, immunohistochemical and pathological findings in 10 cattle with cutaneous lymphoma

摘要: This paper describes the clinical, haematological, immunohistochemical and pathological findings in 10 female cattle with cutaneous lymphoma. The most striking clinical finding was multifocal intracutaneous nodules, which were firm, hairless sometimes covered haemorrhagic crusts. All animals had multiple lymphadenopathy. Eight of leucocytosis two also lymphocytosis. In seven animals, a definitive diagnosis lymphosarcoma made on basis biopsies nodules or fine needle aspirates superficial lymph nodes. some kidneys, heart, spleen lungs affected.
