Cutaneous lymphoma in a cow - a case report

摘要: In this paper a case of two years and six months old Simmental cow, in which there was suspicion lumpy skin disease mid-2017 Serbia is present. According to the results laboratory analysis, cow negative for presence antibodies against bovine leukemia virus, showed reaction tuberculinization vaccinated virus. A clinical examination revealed numerous nodules varied size from few millimeters approximately 10 centimeters disseminated dominantly on udder perineum, some were connected exulcerated. The general condition unchanged. After surgical excision node, sample tested genome order establish morphology lesion, histopathological analysis performed. Histopathological infiltration lamina propria subcutaneous tissue by mononuclear cells showing cellular atypia. Suspicion cutaneous lymphoma established. Furthermore, immunohistochemical confirmed that infiltrate contains exclusively CD3 immunopositive suggesting T-cell origin nonepitheliotropic lymphoma.
