摘要: The present invention relates to diagnostic and prognostic methods kits for assessing chronic inflammation associated immune-suppression. More particularly, the use of SNX9 (sorting nexin 9 protein) as a biomarker immune-suppression, specifically, in subjects suffering from inflammatory conditions. further provides tool detecting regression or recurrence diseases powerful efficacy treatment. an immunomodulator therefore treating immune-related disorders by modulating expression.
