摘要: The management of neuroendocrine tumours is challenging when curative surgery ruled out because distant metastases. We report a case gastrointestinal carcinoid with bilateral ovarian metastases in 50-year-old female who received octreotide therapy followed by peptide receptor radionuclide and thereafter. Somatostatin expression on has implications diagnosis therapy.
