摘要: A protein allergen has been isolated from mustard seed extracts by gel filtration. In RAST-inhibition experiments the inhibited more than 60% of binding mustard-specific IgE a pool seven patients' sera. The allergenic activity was also demonstrated histamine release whole blood two sensitive patients. had an isoelectric point close to 10.5 and apparent molecular weight 14,000. It stable in alkaline acid solutions showed resistance heating degradation proteolytic enzymes.
