摘要: Due to the increased economic demand for livestock, number of livestock is increasing. Because human interference, survival wild animals threatened in face competition, particularly co-inhabited grazing pastures. This may lead differences adaptability between and domestic animals, as well nutritional deficiencies animals. The gut microbiota closely associated with host health, nutrition, adaptability. However, diversity functions areas are unclear. To reveal based on microbiota, we assessed diversity. study was V3-V4 region 16S rRNA according metagenome analysis fresh fecal samples goitered gazelles (Gazella subgutturosa) sheep (Ovis aries) Qaidam Basin. species showed significant alpha- beta-diversities. Specifically, alpha-diversity lower gazelles. We speculated that habitat status were worse. enriched metabolism cellular processes KEGG database. In summary, reasoned can improve through energy maintenance by deficiencies. These findings highlight importance gazelles, laying a foundation conservation addition, further provide management suggestions
