摘要: Context: Sarcoma is a rare human cancer and pancreatic sarcoma even rarer. Its treatment clinical history prognosis are not well described. Evidence Acquisition: In this review, we collected all articles in the English language found PubMed that were published between January 2000 to August 2015 draw conclusions. We 170 total 124 excluded. The remaining 46 reports information of 55 patients analyzed. Results: Mean age was 57.1 ± 16.7 years male/female ratio 27/28. most common presenting symptom pain. 31 cases no adjuvant prescribed. Others received different chemotherapy agents only two radiotherapy. tumor size 9.0 6.8 cm (1 - 27 cm) type leiomyosarcoma (16 patients). Nine had carcinosarcoma six MFH. site metastasis liver, 14 liver at presentation. Median survival months. One, three five year overall 78.4, 48.5 percent, respectively. effective factor survival. Conclusions: Pancreatic disease an optimal treatment, such as surgery, or radiotherapy defined.
