摘要: Abstract This paper reports the results of studies performed to investigate potential applying thin layer chromatography (TLC) detection in combination with selected extraction and cleanup methods, for providing an alternative cost-effective analytical procedure screening confirmation pesticide residues plant commodities. The was carried out ethyl acetate on-line method acetone-dichloromethane mixture. extracts were cleaned up SX-3 gel, adsorbent mixture active carbon, magnesia, diatomaceous earth, on silica micro cartridges.
