摘要: A base station produces a power control bit dependent on SNR (signal-to-noise ratio) determined for each time slot of signal received from remote cellular communications system. If the exceeds an upper threshold by margin, is binary 0 and margin increased; if below lower 1 otherwise alternates its value successive slots setting margins are reset. In station, bits accumulated bidirectional counter transmitted only changed up or down in response to count exceeding respective threshold. The process can also instead be used opposite transmission direction, provides fast using single per manner that tolerant errors bits.
