摘要: A device and method for outer-loop power control in a discontinuous transmission mode CDMA mobile communication system. In an non-frame data period of dedicated channel (DCCH) which transmits frame discontinuously, the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) bits (PCBs) received at station from base is measured period, it determined whether has errors based on SNR. closed-loop threshold increased if error exists decreased no exist.
