摘要: Abstract Martensite process consists of simple cold rolling and annealing martensite structure. This can produce a nano/ultrafine grained structure in carbon steels. The key to the is start from Carbon hardly affect morphology lath martensite. In this study, effects content on required reduction formation mechanisms ferrite grains are investigated. For purpose, two low-carbon steels containing 0.04 0.08 wt% processed. Rolling ranging 40 80% used. Specimens annealed at various temperatures 450 700 °C. After 500 °C, ultrafine obtained cold-rolled specimen C. these interpreted here terms relationship between size laths blocks for dividing them into sub-micron scale sections. increases with decreasing steel.
