摘要: The disclosure is directed to a method of color palette coding and an electronic device using the same method. proposed would include not limited encoding, by processor, bit stream represent unit storing in storage medium or transmitting stream. binary representing run flag, N sequence up 2 major colors with each possible values unique index indices, M extended indices.
