摘要: In palette-based coding, a video coder may form so-called "palette" as table of colors representing the data given block. The code index values for one or more pixels current block data, where indicate entries in palette that represent pixel A method includes determining identifying escape pixel(s) not associated with any entries, single quantization parameter (QP) value all color channel using QP non-palette based coding transform coefficients, dequantizing each identified value, and dequantized entries.
