摘要: Background. Hepatic allografts from non-heart-beating donors (NHBD) have been cited as a means to expand the supply of donor livers. Concern exists that warm ischemic time in addition subsequent cold ischemia-reperfusion injury may result damage sensitive cell populations within liver. Because biliary epithelium is injury, authors surmised an increased incidence complications might occur among recipients NHBD allograft. Methods. This study was retrospective evaluation compared group heart-beating (HBD) single institution. Results. Fifteen patients received hepatic allograft controlled donor. and HBD (n=221) graft survival did not differ at 1 (71.8% vs. 85.4%, P=0.23) or 3 years 73.9%, P=0.68). Patient (79% 90.9%, P=0.16) (79.0% 77.7%, P=0.8) also similar. Major occurred five (33.3%) recipients; 66.6% consisted intrahepatic strictures versus 19.2% (P<0.01). resulted multiple interventional procedures, retransplantation, death. Conclusions. Donor predispose type strictures. Although patient similar cohort recipients, caution urged with use these organs.
