摘要: BACKGROUND Bile leak remains a main complication in liver transplantation patients with poor biliary tract conditions, mainly caused by an insufficient blood supply or dysplasia of the tract. Although Roux-en-Y modus operandi can be adopted, risk other complications such as infection increases. Using pedicled greater omentum flaps to wrap anastomotic stoma, which increases supply, may reduce incidence bile leak. METHODS Fourteen undergoing piggy-back and having conditions were treated stoma Their clinical data analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS Of 14 patients, only one (7.1%) had mild on 8th day post-operation fully recovered after symptomatic treatment. The no complications. CONCLUSIONS is effective way prevent especially those conditions. However, experience this surgical technique still needs further explored.
