摘要: We have attempted to establish the degree of linkage conservation between different species malaria parasite Plasmodium. Initially, chromosome locations 42 homologous genes were established in parasites from a rodent and human P. falciparum. Of these genes, 26 appeared be conserved within ten synteny groups two genomes. Several analysed further by long-range restriction mapping digested chromosomes. Finally, fine map one was made berghei falciparum simian knowlesi. The fine-scale organisation this group appears remained intact among three species, despite evolutionary distance them. This provides first example rodent, which represent branches inferred phylogenetic tree genus
