摘要: Abstract A series of blue-to-white emitting phosphors NaAlSiO 4 : Ce 3+ , Mn 2+ were synthesized via a high-temperature solid-state method. The obtained exhibited broad excitation band from 250 to 400 nm peaking at 350 nm, matching well with the available UV chips. Under green–blue emission 430 nm and an orange–red 590 nm observed due f–d transition T 1 – 6 respectively. Moreover, energy transfer process was verified mechanism be dipole-quadrupole interaction. By varying doping concentration tunable colors blue white in phosphors. results indicate that this phosphor has potential applications as single-phased aluminosilicate for ultraviolet light-emitting diodes (UVWLEDs).
