Effect of Zr addition on critical current density of (Y,Gd)Ba2Cu3Oy and (Y,Eu,Gd)Ba2Cu3Oy thin films deposited by TFA-MOD process

摘要: (Y, Gd)Ba2Cu3Oy and Eu, films with without Zr addition are prepared. The effect of on critical current density Jc is different for the two series. Compared to addition, Jc(B) clearly enhanced by adding Zr, especially in high field. But films, disadvantageous Jc. Analysis indicates that flux pinning mechanism altered whereas it remains same after Zr.
