摘要: Abstract The critical current density (Jc) performance of YBCO coated conductors (CCs) under magnetic field has become a considerable limitation for its commercial application in recent years. It is well known that the proper amount element doping into CCs convenient method to increase flux pinning and then enhance Jc. In present work, we firstly introduce co-doping Eu Hf study effect on YBa2Cu3.6O7-δ thin films. Three types high temperature superconducting films, i.e., YBa2Cu3.6O7-δ, (Y,Eu)Ba2Cu3.6O7-δ doped were prepared oxide buffered metallic substrates by using trifluoroacetate metal organic deposition (TFA-MOD). component structure as-prepared samples characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) atomic force (AFM). Superconducting properties measured with SQUID magnetometer. was revealed films exhibit better out-plane in-plane texture compared pure film. Jc film improved case doping, however, biaxial became worse while in-field enhanced, implying addition.
