Uterine incubated showed a significant increase mRNA expression protein level. inhibitor L-methionine partly reversed progesterone, while activator arachidonic acid did not cause change progesterone-induced relaxation. Conclusions: inhibits induces pregnancy. inhibition appears involve increased potassium expression/activity. Materials Methods: Uterus from late-pregnant (gestational day 19) isolated, were prepared isometric measurement. Oxytocin-induced pretreated different concentration progesterone. agonist used determine whether changes activity. tissues measured using qPCR Western blot.
