摘要: Ezrin, radixin, moesin and merlin form a subfamily of conserved proteins in the band 4.1 superfamily. Ezrin protein members act as linkers between plasma membrane cytoskeleton. Members have been shown to interact with each other, cell adhesion molecules such CD44 F-actin. Recent data indicate that intercellular 1 2 also ezrin. The are involved redistribution organization structures. Merlin is tumor suppressor tumorigenesis schwannomas meningiomas. has same overall structure other but may partially distinct functions.
