摘要: Elucidating the pathogenesis of colon cancer, one commonest fatal malignancies in Western world, represents an important challenge for biomedical science. The seminal observation that nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) reduce incidence and mortality from colorectal cancer1 has ushered a new approach to study cancer.
