摘要: The invention discloses a method for extracting macrolide sesquiterpene framework compounds from black ants. comprises the following steps: carrying out cold-soaked on ant material at room temperature first with dichloromethane solvent to obtain filter residue; then residue methanol solution having mass percentage being 60 80 percent; freeze drying concentrated after extraction extract; eluting extract in sequence an ethyl acetate and petroleum ether-ethyl mixed fractions; further separating purifying obtained fractions finally two compounds, namely compounds.
