摘要: Abstract Three novel coumarin compounds along with two known amide alkaloids were isolated from a methanol extract of the red ants ChangBai Mountain, Tetramorium sp . Their structures identified on basis IR, 2D NMR ( 1 H– H COSY, HSQC, HMBC and NOESY) HRESIMS analysis. Antibacterial activity all was evaluated using KB paper diffusion through measurement inhibiting zone. It found that four exhibited significant inhibitory against Gram-positive bacteria Bacillus subtilis MIC values 25 μg/ml (compounds – 3 ) 15 μg/ml (compound 4 ).
