摘要: The change in structure of an amorphous Fe-P-C alloy during ageing was examined using small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) measurement and transmission electron microscopy. SAXS intensity related to two different types regions depending on time temperature. major from the crystalline particles, which had two-phase lamella structures. average thickness lamellae remained constant at about 5 nm ageing. interlamella distance three five times lamellar regular packing region. Another minor interpreted as being caused by local ordering atomic configuration state. size region 1.8 2.4 quite similar critical range proposed Giessen Wagner, beyond shortrange order disappears.
