摘要: The coating of nearly spherical porous alumina with a mean diameter, dP, 3.9 mm, suspension sucrose and talc in water, was carried out conical-cylindrical spouted bed. rate increase particle mass, K1, the mass fraction atomized solids incorporated by particles, η, were measured as function spouting gas temperature, Tgi,mass flow relative to gas, Ws/Wg, minimum spouting, Q/Qms. temperature varied between 67 83°C, Wd/Wg 0.00263 0.00471, Q/Qms 1.5 1.7. K1 η found be insensitive Tgi within studied range; expressions for their dependence on Ws/Ws Q/Qm, derived. Particle increased linearly time. final product is uniform shape conserves log-normal distribution.
