摘要: Based on the moisture control system developed previously, we have already reported that operational content during aqueous polymeric coating by a type of fluidized bed should be controlled for better efficiency.In this paper, effects and agitator rotational speed properties granules prepared were investigated experimentally, optimization process was conducted. Core (mean diameter 600 μM) containing model drug, pigment Blue No. 1, coated with dispersion enteric polymer (Eudragit L30D) tumbling controlling content. Film thickness specific surface area examined to discuss film forming process. evaluation, variables drug release rate tendency investigated. It found suppressed increase at any fluid, prevented speed. concluded from results carried out under condition between 12 14% agitation below 5 rps.
