摘要: The role of DNA topoisomerases (Topo) IIα and IIβ was investigated in various drug-resistant melanoma cells. Melanoma cells resistant to etoposide, exhibited an up tenfold reduced Topo II activity corresponding increasing degree drug resistance indicating that modulation contribute the phenotype. reduction reflected by decreased nuclear amounts both isoforms. © 2000 Cancer Research Campaign
