摘要: Abstract Based on an experimental database obtained from static and dynamic tests square aluminium extrusions in alloy AA6060 tempers T4 T6, a numerical model using the LS-DYNA computer code was validated. Excellent predictions of response tubes were found by isotropic elasticity, von Mises yield criterion, associated flow rule non-linear strain hardening. The plastic material parameters such as initial stress hardening determined uniaxial tensile tests. geometry modelled shell elements small trigger extrusion side-wall represented geometrical imperfections. validated used to study tubes, varying mass projectile impact velocity. simulations showed that mean load increasing function with respect increase velocity ratio between specimen had no influence this parameter.
