摘要: Objective(s): HTLV-I and HIV virus quantification is an important marker for assessment of activities. Since there a direct relationship between the number disease progression, co-infection might have influence on development viral associated diseases, thus, replication these viruses were evaluated. Materials Methods: In this study, 40 subjects selected; 14 infected, 20 infected 6 HTLV-I/HIV co-infected subjects. The amount was measured using qPCR TaqMan method CD4 CD8 lymphocytes assessed by flow cytometry. Results: mean load individuals 134626.07±60031.07 copies/ml 373.6±143.3 copies/104 cells, respectively. in group 158947±78203.59 which higher than group. proviral 222.33±82.56 lower (P<0.05). Also, white blood cell count (5666.67±1146.49 cells/μl). However, differences did not reach to statistical significance within 95% confidence interval level (P =0.1). No significant observed regarding positive groups. Conclusion: promote could reduce load, cells. Considering presence both Khorasan provinces, it encourages researchers health administrators better understanding outcome.
