摘要: Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disease of the lower airways characterised by intermittent airway narrowing and airflow obstruction. The aim this study was to examine association IL-13 Arg 130 Gln (A/G) -1112C/T cytokine gene polymorphisms know secretion levels interactions between 130A/G IL-13Rα1/IL-4Rα complex genes. population comprised atopic non-atopic asthma patients healthy controls (HC) (N = 120). Single nucleotide (SNPs) were determined restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP). serum measured enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), homology modelling A/G performed through in silico analysis. In AG, GG genotypes (p < 0.0042, OR = 2.87, CI 1.46-5.65; OR = 1.92, 1.06-3.48) found be significant vs HC. mean significantly high (38.48 ± 36.54) (36.05 ± 34.54) whereas total IgE at p < 0.0001 low p < 0.003 compared analysis indicated that residue with charge modifying variants crucial ligand-receptor interactions. genotype might involved induced production suggesting may important signalling asthma.
