摘要: A mechanism is provided that identifies a customer and attaches to inquiry relevant sales or service offer code. When sales/service agent in contact with the customer, agent's display illuminates icon as appropriate. clicks on icon, system calls an associated URL launches browser, which then displays description of suggestion script.
