摘要: Mevalonic acid (MVA) is a key material in the synthesis of cholesterol; indeed, intracellular cholesterol also called mevalonic pathway. 3-Hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-CoA reductase (HMGR) an essential enzyme biosynthesis. This study suggests that MVA may play important role differentiation bovine adipose tissue vivo. We investigated differential mRNA expression intramuscular preadipocytes (BIPs) and subcutaneous (BSPs) by culturing cells from longissimus dorsi muscle fat tissues Luxi yellow cattle. The morphology lipid accumulation was detected Oil Red O staining, total (TC), low-density lipoprotein (LDLC), high-density (HDLC) levels were measured. Temporospatial HMGR real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR). TC, LDLC, HDLC content did not significantly differ over time but increased slowly with increasing concentration. concentrations MVA. cell proliferation dose-dependent time-dependent manner. stimulated two types its influence on adipocyte differentiation.
