摘要: From radiation measurements at Kew Observatory (tabulated by Lonnqvist), the effective emissivity of atmosphere e, defined as ratio incoming long-wave to black-body screen temperature, can be related optical path m (cm) With standard deviation ± 0·018. The relation between and surface vapour pressure e (mb) found from Belasco's (1952) air mass analysis is giving almost same Brunt's equation Benson data.
