摘要: Biological capacity of earth is limited. While it obvious at first glance, has been ignored for decades. Policy makers attempt to overcome the persistent depletion human livelihood base through establishment protected areas. However, financial means sustainably manage a representative network areas on global scale do not yet exist, and particularly, private sector investment extremely modest. One option increasing flows development market place area certificates (PACs) issued geographical managed according social environmental best practices. This paper utilizes semi-structured expert interviews with 39 German companies analyze major product requirements sound implementation an international certification scheme PACs.
