Pelvic retroperitoneal angioleiomyoma mimicking a uterine mass.

摘要: Abstract Angioleiomyoma (vascular myoma) is a rare type of leiomyoma originating from smooth muscle cells and containing thick-walled vessels. There are only few cases retroperitoneal angioleiomyoma reported in the literature. Herein, we present ultrasonography, magnetic resonance imaging histopathological findings an asymptomatic patient with pelvic which radiologically mimicked uterine mass.
