摘要: In this article, a new type of superimposing morphology comprised periodic nanostructure and random structure is proposed for the first time to enhance light scattering in silicon-based thin film solar cells. According framework Reyleigh—Sommerfeld diffraction algorithm experimental results morphologies, we analyze light-scattering properties four morphologies compare them with individual detail. The indicate that can offer better trapping capacity, owing coexistence mechanism mechanism. Its property will be dominated by nanostructures whose geometrical features play leading role.
