摘要: The expression of lambda L and microH chain cDNA was examined in Chinese hamster ovary cells. Each linked to a different, amplifiable, selectable drug marker gene, monitored the presence increasing concentrations selective drugs. Cells were obtained that produced greater than 60 micrograms/10(6) cells/48 h assembled antibody. This cell-synthesized IgM polymeric, exhibited specific hapten binding C fixation. strategy employed here may prove useful for future production genetically engineered antibodies other multi-subunit proteins.
