摘要: Recently, an interest in the study of oral candidiasis has markedly increased mainly because its association with viral infections due to human immunodeficiency, but also relation potentially malignant lesions mucosa. These belong wide group leukoplakia. Leukoplakia is a clinical term used describe range nonspecific white lesions, whose appearance does not generally correlate well histopathologic changes; therefore, biopsy should be performed all cases determine which are precancerous or ones. In order Candida albicans and types mucosal we took 30 consecutive biopsies mucosa smears for microbiologic examination from changed surface rest cavity. The consisted patients, 21 women 9 men, average age 50.23 years (range, 25-77 years). 6 was diagnosed biopsy. smear lesion, it present 3 cases, 2 were found unchanged 9/30 (30%) positive regardless area mode diagnosis. most common lesion leukoplakia, 12/30 (40%), female male patients. those patients 52.42 years. located as follows: cheek - 5 cases; gingival 2; lower lip floor mouth soft palate 1; 3/12 cases. second highest incidence lichen planus (9 cases), infection 4/9 (44.44%). Epithelial dysplasia, although very small number (1/30 3.3%) associated infection. Generally, (in 25% leukoplakia 44.44% 1/1 squamous papilloma), increasing serious dysplastic epithelial changes.
