摘要: Abstract Regulatory frameworks on genetically modified crops present several differences, according to the specific procedures they take deal with what consider be risks. Some of these differences have been studied between United States and Europe, but there are other scenarios subjects that may also involved. Argentina not only has one major land areas devoted transgenic agriculture, it first regulatory agencies in region. Nevertheless, its policies towards organisms (GMOs) some international policies, such as precautionary approach, Cartagena Protocol Biosafety labeling food derived from GM crops. In order understand this position, we analyze development function GMOs' framework Argentina, comparing Europe showing how commercial interests agriculture explain each approach.
