摘要: Fast and reliable methods are needed for the detection of pathogenic Bacillus cereus which should provide consistent results. Therefore, we tested a panel 176 strains, including B. group strains other spp. with polymerase chain reaction, immunoassays cytotoxicity tests assessed consistency A screening multiplex PCR hbl, nhe, ces cytK1 as well two PCRs differentiation Hbl genes (hblC, hblD, hblA) Nhe (nheA, nheB, nheC) was applied. All included an internal amplification control. Component specific antibody based were used three components overall to Vero cells HEp-2 checked. An excellent correlation obtained results three, methodically independent assays no false-negative seen any positive in tests. The proved be facile method identification enterotoxinogenic isolates.
