摘要: Increasing pressure on our urban environment has resulted in the development of infrastructure and buildings above below surface earth. Jurisdictions in Australia internationally have responded accordingly through implementation 3D cadastres. Most jurisdictions what been termed a “2D cadastre”, however, “3D cadastre” situations now created some significant challenges for existing land administration infrastructure. The Australian cadastre is considered one best examples amongst other cadastral jurisdictions, because varying jurisdictional arrangements within Australia, clear understanding complex issues difficult to formulate. The aim this research investigate institutional technical characteristics developments across Australia Queensland in particular, improve ongoing jurisdictions.
