摘要: Rapidly growing cities, multiple uses of urban space and the complexity overlapping property rights require various types to be registered handled in a uniform reliable way, considering third dimension. The adoption automated low-cost but procedures for cadastral surveys capture processing data, as well use modern Information Technology (IT) tools m-services, is beginning new evolution. 3D-crowdsourced data has huge potential may soon facilitate work National Mapping Agencies (NMAs). In this paper, an innovative fit-for-purpose procedure designed initially tested that aims save time costs provide technical solution initial collection, registration visualization 3D data. An open-source, mobile application acquisition crowdsourced modelling units developed, presented. proposed adjustable used both developed developing world. geometric accuracy final product depends on basemaps used. multi-story building area Larisa, Greece. evaluation product, terms its usability, affordability, reliability implementation duration, conducted. first results are satisfactory lead cadastre all future.
