3D Cadastre modelling in Russia

摘要: The paper presents the on-going project on 3D cadastre modelling in Russia. aim of this is to provide guidance development a prototype and create favourable legal institutional conditions for introduction Russia based experience Netherlands other countries. Among planned results are: 1. cadastral model data generation, storage distribution information about properties; 2. Prototype (and access portal) 3. Evaluation objects pilot region; 4.
