摘要: Abstract The development of 3D property registration systems is indispensable for the spatial determination Rights, Restrictions and Responsibilities (RRR), sustainable operation markets safeguarding ownership in highly urbanized world. Several developments computer graphics, modelling rendering techniques have attracted growing global interest cadastre. Since 2012, Land Administration Domain Model (LADM ISO 19152) adopted as international standard 2D cadastral data modelling. Developed legal procedures prototype rights provide interesting solutions acquisition visualization but such approaches are time cost demanding. In parallel, surveying progressed significantly reducing required cost, utilizing crowdsourcing methodology mobile services. This paper presents a technical solution under development, aiming to beginning new era initial acquisition, representation crowdsourced data, appropriate both developed developing proposed consists two complementary parts, framework be followed. interconnected server-side client-side. refers Database Management System (DBMS) where collected stored. client-side capturing tool, which this case device.
