摘要: Accurate surgical planning and transfer of the in orthognathic surgery are very important achieving a successful outcome with appropriate improvement. Conventionally, paper is performed based on 2D cephalometric radiograph, results expressed using cast models an articulator. We developed integrated system 3D virtual image-guided transfer. The maxillary patients was planned virtually, were transferred to model by image guidance. During planning, displacement reference points confirmed from conventional at each procedure. physical directly through root mean square (RMS) difference between 0.75 ± 0.51 mm for 12 patients. RMS image-guidance 0.78 0.52 mm, which showed no significant surgery. will replace enable without need intermediate splint.
